Uploaded assets are private by default. They are used to power image-to-video, image editing, 3D generation, style referencing, dashboard history, retries, and support queues. Uploaded assets are not shared publicly unless you choose to publish, share, or showcase the derived outputs.

3. Processing by MotionLab and Providers

To deliver our services, we may process assets through:

• MotionLab backend databases & servers
• Cloudflare secure R2 object storage
• RunPod GPU compute platforms
• fal.ai generation nodes
• moderation, safety filtering, and support logs

Uploaded assets are passed to third-party infrastructure or model providers only as needed to execute the requested creative generation workflow.

4. Do Not Upload Restricted Material

You must not upload assets unless you have the right to process them through MotionLab. Do not upload confidential production assets, unreleased campaign materials, unauthorized logos, copyrighted works, private likenesses of individuals without consent, or venue images without rights.

You are responsible for obtaining any necessary releases, approvals, and licensing clearances.

5. Use in Training

MotionLab does not use private uploaded assets or private generated outputs to train public AI models unless we clearly disclose this and obtain your explicit, separate consent. We use aggregated usage diagnostics and error metrics only to maintain and optimize service reliability.

6. Public Sharing

If you publish or share a generated visual that was built from an uploaded reference, the public output may reveal recognizable elements of that source asset. Do not publish outputs derived from confidential or third-party assets unless you have clear permission to do so. Public outputs may be indexed, embedded, or downloaded by anyone.

7. Retention, Deletion, and Security

We retain uploaded assets to support account history, previews, retries, and security verification. Assets may be deleted when you delete them, close your account, or due to storage limits and automated operational cleanup. We employ industry-standard secure storage and encryption measures, but cannot guarantee absolute security. Do not upload highly sensitive, regulated, or mission-critical material unless you accept the associated risk.
