  • Account Data: When you register, we collect your email address and basic profile information (facilitated via our authentication provider, Clerk).
  • User Content: We store the text prompts, images, and settings you upload or input for the purpose of generating content.
  • Payment Information: We do not store your credit card details. All payment transactions are processed by our third-party provider, Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the Merchant of Record.
  • Usage Data: We automatically collect data about your interaction with the Services, such as IP address, browser type, and activity logs.

2.5 Cookies & Session Data

We use cookies and session tokens to authenticate users and maintain secure sessions. Authentication is managed by our provider, Clerk, which uses industry-standard session tokens stored in your browser. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but this may prevent you from using certain features of the Services.

  • Provide, operate, and maintain the MotionLab platform.
  • Process your transactions and manage your credit balance.

  • Cloud hosting and edge delivery: Railway, Cloudflare
  • Media storage: Cloudflare R2
  • AI image and video processing: RunPod, Google (Gemini API), Fal.ai
  • Authentication: Clerk
  • Payment processing: Lemon Squeezy (Merchant of Record)
  • Real-time communications: Pusher
  • Transactional email: Resend
  • Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities.

5. Data Security

We use administrative, technical, and physical security measures to help protect your personal information. This includes encrypted data transmission and secure storage. However, please be aware that no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.

6. Data Retention

We retain your account information and personal data for as long as your account is active or as required by law.

Generated media files (images and videos) are retained for 30 days from the date of creation. Files marked as favorites by the user (via the heart icon in the dashboard) are retained indefinitely until manually deleted. Files that are not favorited are permanently deleted after 30 days. MotionLab is not responsible for content lost due to the expiration of this retention period.

You may request the deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us at support@motionlab.art.

Our Service may contain links to other websites that are not operated by us. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services.
