Support Requests
For generations, audio, 3D, Timeline, Motion Studio, or connected tools, please include:
- Your account email
- Job or project ID, if available
- Payment or Dodo Payments invoice ID if relevant
- Short description of the technical issue
Legal & Rights Requests
For copyright, trademark, privacy, likeness, or other rights concerns, please include:
- Your name and contact information
- The specific content, output, or URL at issue
- The rights you believe are affected and a brief explanation
- Your relationship to the rights owner, if acting on their behalf
Privacy Requests
For access, correction, export, or deletion of personal data, include:
- Your account email
- The request you want us to handle
