Credit and Refund Policy
MotionLab uses credits for generation workflows. This page summarizes how credits and support requests are generally handled. The Terms remain the controlling agreement.
How credits work
Credits are purchased in advance and deducted when you start a generation or supported creative workflow. The number of credits used may depend on the generation type, settings, and model selected.
Technical failures
Technical failures may be refunded automatically when detected by MotionLab. If something looks wrong in your account, contact support with the email on your account and any relevant job details.
A generation result that is artistically different from what you expected is not always treated the same as a technical failure.
Moderation and policy blocks
Moderation, safety, or policy-blocked generations may be handled differently from technical failures. Some blocked attempts may not be eligible for the same automatic credit treatment.

For billing or payment refund questions, please contact support. Include your account email and a short description of the purchase or issue so the team can review it.
