Third-Party Notices

MotionLab uses a combination of proprietary workflows, custom style systems, internal rendering infrastructure, external infrastructure providers, open-weight models, and third-party AI model providers to deliver our Service. This page provides legal notices for certain third-party systems and model restrictions.

1. No Third-Party Endorsement

References to third-party models, providers, platforms, tools, software, or infrastructure do not imply sponsorship, endorsement, approval, partnership, or affiliation unless expressly stated. MotionLab is independently operated.

2. AI Models and Workflows

MotionLab may use selected AI models and providers for:

  • text-to-image
  • image-to-image
  • image editing
  • inpainting
  • text-to-video
  • image-to-video
  • 3D generation
  • prompt processing
  • moderation
  • workflow execution
  • file processing
  • output delivery

MotionLab may change, replace, remove, disable, or reroute models and providers at any time.

3. LTX-2 Notice

Some video workflows may use LTX-2 by Lightricks Ltd. or derivatives of LTX-2.

LTX-2 is made available under the LTX-2 Community License and is subject to its license terms and acceptable use restrictions. Lightricks Ltd. does not sponsor, endorse, approve, control, or operate MotionLab.

4. Provider and License Restrictions

Some workflows may be subject to additional restrictions from model licenses, provider terms, acceptable-use policies, safety policies, or infrastructure terms. By using MotionLab, you agree not to use any model-powered workflow in a way that violates those restrictions.

5. Infrastructure Providers

MotionLab may use third-party infrastructure providers for:

  • authentication
  • payments
  • hosting
  • databases
  • object storage
  • GPU compute
  • AI model execution
  • realtime updates
  • email delivery
  • analytics
  • logging
  • support & abuse prevention

6. Trademarks

Third-party names, logos, product names, model names, and company names may be trademarks of their respective owners. MotionLab does not claim ownership of third-party trademarks.
