Acceptable Use Policy
Effective Date: May 17, 2026
This Acceptable Use Policy defines the rules, restrictions, and safety boundaries for using MotionLab. By using our Service, you agree to comply with this policy, our Terms, and any model-specific restrictions.
1. Account and Access
You must not share your account credentials, bypass authentication steps, use account sharing to circumvent usage limits, or access other users' accounts, uploads, outputs, or private libraries.
2. Content Restrictions
You must not use MotionLab to create, upload, process, request, publish, or distribute content that is:
- Illegal or Harmful: Violates local, state, national, or international laws, promotes illegal acts, or facilitates harm to persons or property.
- Abusive or Exploitative: Exploits, harms, or abuses children, or depicts child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or child sexual exploitation and abuse (CSAE).
- Sexually Explicit or NSFW: Depicts sexually explicit content, pornography, graphic violence, self-harm, or extreme body horror.
- Deceptive or Malicious: Generates deepfakes of real people without consent, spreads false information to deceive or manipulate, or impersonates public figures or brands.
- Harassing or Hateful: Promotes hate speech, harassment, discrimination, or intimidation against protected groups or individuals.
3. Technical Abuse
You must not engage in any activity that disrupts, degrades, or compromises the security of the Service. This includes:
- Scraping and Reverse Engineering: Scraping, harvesting, or extracting content, code, prompt workflows, model routing, or data without authorization.
- Rate Limit and Credit Circumvention: Automating accounts to abuse free credit allocations, bypass billing boundaries, or flood the job queues.
- Malware and Attacks: Uploading or transmitting viruses, malware, trojans, or launching Denial of Service (DoS) attacks against MotionLab infrastructure.
- Imitation Services: Using MotionLab generated outputs or platform mechanics to train competing AI models or build competing generation services.
4. Model Restrictions & Automated Screening
MotionLab uses a combination of open-weight models and third-party APIs. By using these workflows, you agree to adhere to their license terms, acceptable use policies, and community guidelines. For details, see our Third-Party Notices.
MotionLab blocks requests that may involve sexual content, non-consensual intimate content, child safety risks, hate or harassment, graphic violence, illegal activity, deception, impersonation, privacy violations, or intellectual-property misuse. Some model providers may apply additional automated safety checks, and provider-side blocks may vary by model.
5. Enforcement
MotionLab reserves the right to investigate violations, monitor submissions, reject prompts, remove outputs, freeze credit balances, suspend or terminate accounts, and report illegal activities to law enforcement or regulatory authorities.
